Civil QA/QC Trainer

Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil QA/QC Trainer to deliver training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about quality assurance and quality control in construction projects, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on QA/QC principles in civil engineering and construction projects.
• Teach quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation processes.
• Explain ITP (Inspection Test Plans), method statements, and quality control procedures.
• Provide guidance on material inspection, site testing, and project compliance.
• Conduct practical sessions and real-world case studies.
• Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
• Guide participants on QA/QC documentation and reporting.
• Stay updated with industry standards (ISO, ASTM) and construction quality practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of QA/QC processes in construction projects.
• Familiarity with site inspections, testing procedures, and documentation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and passion for training.
