IOSH Trainer

Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a qualified and motivated IOSH Trainer to deliver health and safety training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about occupational health & safety and training, including professionals with relevant certifications and up to 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions for IOSH courses (Managing Safely / Working Safely).
• Teach workplace safety principles, risk assessment, hazard identification, and control measures.
• Conduct interactive sessions, case studies, and assessments.
• Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
• Guide participants on practical health & safety applications in the workplace.
• Support workshops and hands-on sessions.
• Stay updated with IOSH standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• IOSH certification (Managing Safely / Train the Trainer or equivalent) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in HSE training or industry.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices and compliance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for training and mentoring learners.
