Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant & Montessori Trainer to join our training institute. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality training for Teaching Assistant and Montessori courses, guiding students with practical skills and strong educational knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Assistant and Montessori training sessions (theory & practical)
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments
• Deliver engaging and interactive classes
• Support and mentor students throughout the course
• Maintain a positive, professional, and student-focused environment

Requirements:

• Experience in Teaching Assistant training and/or Montessori training
• Background in Early Childhood Education or relevant field
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to deliver practical demonstrations and clear explanations
• Certification in Montessori or Teaching Assistant courses (preferred)

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
