Public Speaking Trainer

Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a confident and dynamic Public Speaking Trainer to deliver training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about communication, personal development, and training, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on public speaking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Teach voice modulation, body language, confidence building, and audience engagement techniques.
• Conduct practical sessions, mock presentations, and interactive activities.
• Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
• Provide constructive feedback to participants to improve their speaking skills.
• Support workshops and group activities.
• Stay updated with communication trends and training methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Business, or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong command of spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Passion for teaching and personal development.
