CHRP Trainer (Certified Human Resources Professional)

Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated CHRP Trainer to deliver professional HR certification training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about human resources, certification training, and mentoring, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions aligned with CHRP certification curriculum.
• Teach core HR areas including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Guide participants in exam preparation and certification readiness.
• Conduct case studies, practical sessions, and mock assessments.
• Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
• Provide real-world HR insights and best practices.
• Stay updated with HR trends and certification standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• CHRP certification (mandatory or preferred).
• Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of HR or training experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for training and mentoring learners.
