Job Summary
Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated HRM Trainer (Human Resource Management) to deliver training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about HR practices and training, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on core HRM concepts and practices.
- Teach recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll basics, and employee relations.
- Introduce HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
- Conduct workshops, case studies, and interactive sessions.
- Guide participants on real-world HR scenarios and applications.
- Stay updated with HR trends and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of HRM principles and practices.
- HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) are an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
