Job Summary
Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated HR & UAE Labour Law Trainer to deliver training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about human resources, employment regulations, and training, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on HR fundamentals and UAE Labour Law.
- Explain key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
- Teach UAE Labour Law concepts including contracts, leave policies, termination, and compliance.
- Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
- Support workshops and practical case-study sessions.
- Provide guidance to participants on real-world HR practices and legal compliance.
- Stay updated with UAE labour regulations and HR industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and UAE Labour Law.
- HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a training environment.
