Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated CHRM Trainer to deliver advanced HR certification training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about human resource management, leadership, and professional training, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions aligned with CHRM certification curriculum.
• Teach advanced HR topics including strategic HRM, talent management, leadership, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
• Guide participants in exam preparation and certification readiness.
• Conduct case studies, practical sessions, and mock assessments.
• Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
• Provide real-world HR insights and industry best practices.
• Stay updated with HR trends and certification standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of HR or training experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of HR strategies and management practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for training and mentoring professionals.
