CostX Trainer

Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a motivated CostX Trainer to deliver professional training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about cost estimation, quantity surveying, and digital measurement tools, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on CostX software (basic to intermediate level).
• Teach 2D/3D takeoff, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation techniques.
• Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
• Support senior trainers in workshops and hands-on practical sessions.
• Provide guidance to participants on real-world applications of CostX in projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends in quantity surveying and digital estimation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of CostX or similar estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc.).
• Understanding of BOQ preparation and construction cost estimation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a training environment.
