Job Title: Collateral Analyst, Carrier Operations Location: Glendale, AZ (Onsite) Job Type: Full timeSchedule: Ability to work an early start schedule that shifts seasonally (6:00 AM start part of the year, 7:00 AM start part of the year)About the RoleOperFi is hiring a Collateral Analyst to process invoice packages prior to funding. This is a production focused role responsible for document review, verification steps, accurate entry, and clean uploads. Speed and accuracy matter.What You Will Do<ul><li>Process invoice packages quickly and accurately based on defined requirements</li><li>Review documents for completeness and match invoice details to required paperwork</li><li>Perform verification steps as required and flag irregularities or missing information</li><li>Upload and index invoices and supporting documents accurately for clean audit trails</li><li>Identify exceptions that block funding and route them to the appropriate internal owner</li><li>Maintain clear internal notes and follow SOPs consistently</li><li>Escalate suspected fraud or risk concerns immediately</li></ul>What We Are Looking For<ul><li>1+ year experience in invoice processing, transportation admin, operations support, billing, or similar roles</li><li>Strong attention to detail with ability to work fast without sacrificing accuracy</li><li>Highly organized with strong documentation habits</li><li>Comfortable handling volume and time sensitive work</li><li>Proficient with Outlook, basic Excel, and PDF handling</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience in factoring, transportation, billing, AR support, or back office operations</li><li>Experience working with document management and verification workflows</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Transportation: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
