Position overviewThe Marketing Executive shall contribute to, and develop integrated marketing campaigns and marketing related tasks. The marketing executive&rsquo;s role includes planning, organizing campaigns, events, sponsorship/tie-ups, advertising, public relations and research.Responsibilities&middot; Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies.&middot; Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns.&middot; Work with a creative agency produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines&middot; Direct, motivate, and monitor the mobilization of a campaign team to advance campaign goals.&middot; Confer with department heads or staff to discuss topics such as contracts, selection of advertising media, or product to be advertised.&middot; Plan and execute advertising policies and strategies for organizations.&middot; Assist with annual budget development.&middot; Process all correspondence and paperwork related to vendor accounts.&middot; Review samples and proof reading and illustration for advertisement artwork, and provide samples.&middot; Visit shops to view marketing activities and to maintain consistent image across them.&middot; Involve key stakeholders for product at each stage of campaign, and report results once completed&middot; Liaise with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters and newsletters, including e-newsletters, etc&hellip;&middot; Liaise with events coordinators, organize and attend conferences, receptions, events and exhibitions, including compiling product and literature lists to display or demonstrate&middot; Monitor competitor activity and generate leads for products and services;&middot; Maintain and update POS and in store visuals&middot; Source and secure sponsorship and tie ups with corporate companies and clubs&middot; Evaluate marketing campaigns&middot; Monitor competitor activity&middot; Liaise, prepare and develop content for social media platforms&middot; Build up Optica Corporate branding and awareness&middot; Assist with Corporate Social Responsibility and PRCompetencies &middot; Minimum of Bachelor's degree&middot; Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar position&middot; Knowledge about digital marketing, social media as well as traditional marketing&middot; Computer literate (MS Office)&middot; Creative Application (Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator) would be a plus&middot; Fluent in English mandatory&middot; Good organizational skills&middot; Time management&middot; Communication and Media&middot; Sales &amp; Marketing&middot; Active Listening&middot; Critical Thinking&middot; Creative&middot; Deductive Reasoning&middot; Independence&middot; Leadership skillsJob Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you Bahraini?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Marketing : 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
