This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the voice, visuals, and digital presence of multiple premium lifestyle and eyewear brands.Role Overview:The Social Media Marketing Specialist &amp; Content Creator will lead our day-to-day social media strategy, create engaging photo &amp; video content, manage posting calendars, and develop campaigns that grow brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role combines creativity, analytics, and brand storytelling.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation<ul><li>Create high-quality photo, video, and short-form content (Reels, TikTok, stories, product clips, lifestyle visuals)</li><li>Style and shoot products, behind-the-scenes, influencer collaborations, and retail shop content</li><li>Edit videos for TikTok/Instagram to current trending styles, audio, and formats</li><li>Develop brand-consistent graphics, captions, and storytelling assets</li></ul>Social Media Management<ul><li>Manage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels</li><li>Build and manage social media calendars for each brand</li><li>Engage with followers, respond to DM&rsquo;s, and monitor brand comments</li><li>Track trending content, platform updates, and industry best practices</li></ul>Marketing Strategy<ul><li>Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, events, collaborations, and promotions</li><li>Work with leadership to grow TikTok Shop presence and Meta ad performance</li><li>Analyze social metrics, identify insights, and recommend improvements</li><li>Collaborate with designers, photographers, and retail teams to ensure brand cohesion</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation</li><li>Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and basic analytics tools</li><li>Strong photo/video shooting and editing skills (mobile or pro camera both OK)</li><li>Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar</li><li>Excellent writing skills and understanding of brand voice</li><li>Trend-aware, fast-moving, and comfortable juggling multiple brands at once</li><li>Experience with fashion, lifestyle, eyewear, or consumer brands a plus</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Full-time position with competitive compensation</li><li>Opportunity to work across multiple creative lifestyle brands</li><li>A collaborative team environment rooted in craftsmanship and innovation</li><li>Creative freedom and the ability to build something unique</li><li>Growth opportunities as our brands continue expanding</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
