Training Coordinator &ndash; Optimal Training Center LLC (Al Rayyan)Position Summary Optimal Training Center LLC, located in Al Rayyan, is seeking a proactive and organized Training Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs. The Training Coordinator will ensure smooth day-to-day operations of training activities, maintain high-quality learning experiences, and coordinate between instructors, trainees, and management.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and certification programs</li><li>Communicate with trainers, trainees, and external partners to ensure alignment of schedules and requirements</li><li>Prepare training materials, attendance sheets, evaluations, and certificates</li><li>Maintain training calendars and ensure timely updates of all sessions</li><li>Monitor training room setup, equipment readiness, and technical requirements</li><li>Track participant progress, attendance, and feedback for reporting purposes</li><li>Support marketing and enrollment efforts for training programs when needed</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal training standards and relevant regulatory requirements</li><li>Maintain organized records of all training activities and documentation</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Previous experience in training coordination, administration, or HR support (preferred)</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple schedules effectively</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Based in Al Rayyan, Qatar</li><li>Office and training center setting</li><li>Interaction with diverse trainees and instructors</li></ul>Pay: Up to QAR650,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
