Training Coordinator – Optimal Training Center LLC (Al Rayyan)
Position Summary
Optimal Training Center LLC, located in Al Rayyan, is seeking a proactive and organized Training Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs. The Training Coordinator will ensure smooth day-to-day operations of training activities, maintain high-quality learning experiences, and coordinate between instructors, trainees, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and certification programs
- Communicate with trainers, trainees, and external partners to ensure alignment of schedules and requirements
- Prepare training materials, attendance sheets, evaluations, and certificates
- Maintain training calendars and ensure timely updates of all sessions
- Monitor training room setup, equipment readiness, and technical requirements
- Track participant progress, attendance, and feedback for reporting purposes
- Support marketing and enrollment efforts for training programs when needed
- Ensure compliance with internal training standards and relevant regulatory requirements
- Maintain organized records of all training activities and documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in training coordination, administration, or HR support (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple schedules effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Pay: Up to QAR650,000.00 per year
