Training Coordinator

Training Coordinator – Optimal Training Center LLC (Al Rayyan)

Position Summary
Optimal Training Center LLC, located in Al Rayyan, is seeking a proactive and organized Training Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs. The Training Coordinator will ensure smooth day-to-day operations of training activities, maintain high-quality learning experiences, and coordinate between instructors, trainees, and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and certification programs
  • Communicate with trainers, trainees, and external partners to ensure alignment of schedules and requirements
  • Prepare training materials, attendance sheets, evaluations, and certificates
  • Maintain training calendars and ensure timely updates of all sessions
  • Monitor training room setup, equipment readiness, and technical requirements
  • Track participant progress, attendance, and feedback for reporting purposes
  • Support marketing and enrollment efforts for training programs when needed
  • Ensure compliance with internal training standards and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Maintain organized records of all training activities and documentation

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in training coordination, administration, or HR support (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple schedules effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Work Environment

  • Based in Al Rayyan, Qatar
  • Office and training center setting
  • Interaction with diverse trainees and instructors

Pay: Up to QAR650,000.00 per year
