Project Management Professional (PMP) Trainer

Location:

Qatar / GCC (Online & Classroom)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced and certified PMP Trainer to deliver engaging, practical, and result-oriented training sessions aligned with the latest PMI standards. The trainer will be responsible for preparing candidates to successfully pass the PMP certification exam while enhancing their real-world project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality PMP training sessions (online & in-person)
• Prepare and deliver structured lessons based on the latest PMI Exam Content Outline
• Simplify complex project management concepts into practical, easy-to-understand modules
• Guide participants through all PMP domains (People, Process, Business Environment)
• Conduct mock exams, quizzes, and performance evaluations
• Provide exam strategies, tips, and personalized mentoring
• Support students until successful PMP certification completion
• Continuously update training materials as per PMI changes

Requirements:

• PMP Certification (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience
• Proven experience in PMP training (preferred)
• Strong understanding of PMI framework and Agile/Hybrid approaches
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to engage and motivate adult learners

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience training professionals in GCC (Qatar, UAE, KSA)
• Background in industries like Oil & Gas, Construction, IT, or Healthcare
• Additional certifications (PgMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2) are a plus
