Job Title: Product Training Manager – Passenger Vehicles

We are hiring an experienced Product Training Manager with a strong background in Passenger Vehicles to lead training initiatives for sales and service teams.

Location: Doha, Qatar

Qualification: Mechanical / Automotive Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver product training programs for passenger vehicles
• Train Sales & After-Sales teams on features, specifications, and benefits
• Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions
• Support new product launches with structured training modules
• Evaluate training effectiveness and improve team performance
• Ensure alignment with OEM standards and brand guidelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Trainer in Passenger Vehicles (Min 5+ Years)
• Experience with Japanese / European/ Western automotive brands preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive products and market positioning
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to handle dealership and internal teams
