Training Manager (Healthcare)

Identify and assess training needs across clinical and administrative departments through performance data, employee feedback, and management consultation.

  • Ensure all training programs meet mandatory healthcare standards, including HIPAA Privacy, Fraud and Abuse protocols, and Occupational Health and Safety (EHS) requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, including onboarding/orientation, ongoing professional development, clinical competencies, and leadership development.
  • Create and update training manuals, procedures, and technical documentation regarding the use of infrastructure, equipment, and safety systems.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs and employee performance data to ensure ROI and improve patient outcomes.
  • Work closely with HR, department heads, and external training vendors to ensure training initiatives are aligned with organizational objectives
  • Collaborating with quality leads to assessing effectiveness and ensuring cleaning and maintenance standards meet national requirements.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for specialized training on new equipment and technology.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date training records for all employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory inspections

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in healthcare, human resources, or a training management role, with a strong background in educational program development.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and train staff at all levels.

Pay: Up to QAR8,000.00 per month
