Position: Interior Fit-Out Specialist in Joinery WorkQUALIFICATION &amp; SKILLS<ul><li>10 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-outs &amp; joinery works, with expertise in all aspects of residential and commercial interior design &amp; execution.</li><li>Proven experience in managing end-to-end interior fit-out projects and joinery works, including the installation of wall cladding, flooring, ceilings, furniture, and other interior elements.</li><li>Strong understanding of interior works  techniques, materials, and finishes.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural and design plans, drawings, and specifications.</li><li>Strong project management and team leadership skills, with experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple teams.</li><li>Ability to work with various stakeholders, including designers, architects, and suppliers.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>English for communication and documentation (Arabic is a must).</li><li>Valid Qatar driving license, willingness to travel between sites.</li></ul>Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands‑on technical knowledge, and proven experience managing laundry teams in hotels or industrial laundry facilities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>	Lead and manage daily laundry operations (washing, drying, pressing, finishing, distribution).</li></ul><ul><li>	Supervise, train, and schedule laundry staff to ensure smooth workflow.</li></ul><ul><li>	Maintain quality control for guest laundry, linen, uniforms, and F&amp;B items.</li></ul><ul><li>	Monitor and manage chemical usage, inventory, and stock levels.</li></ul><ul><li>	Ensure proper operation, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of laundry equipment.</li></ul><ul><li>	Implement and enforce SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.</li></ul><ul><li>	Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments for operational needs.</li></ul><ul><li>	Control operational costs and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.</li></ul><ul><li>	Prepare daily/weekly reports on production, machine performance, and inventory.</li></ul><ul><li>	Handle vendor coordination, chemical suppliers, and service contractors.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>	Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in hotel or industrial laundry operations.</li></ul><ul><li>	At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.</li></ul><ul><li>	Strong knowledge of laundry chemicals, stain removal, fabric types, and machine operations.</li></ul><ul><li>	Experience managing medium to large teams.</li></ul><ul><li>	Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance.</li></ul><ul><li>	Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</li></ul><ul><li>	Must be currently in Qatar with valid QID (transferable preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>	Immediate or short‑notice joiners are an advantage.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>	Experience with 4&ndash;5 star hotels or large‑scale laundry plants.</li></ul><ul><li>	Knowledge of PMS or laundry management systems.</li></ul><ul><li>	Training certifications in chemical handling or laundry operations.</li></ul>Pay: From QAR10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
