Job Description
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist with a medical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while supporting daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage phone calls, appointments, and patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information accurately
- Coordinate with medical staff regarding schedules and patient flow
- Handle billing, basic insurance processes, and payments (if required)
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting (clinic/hospital)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Computer literacy (MS Office, patient management systems)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional appearance and attitude
