Receptionist / Insurance Coordinator

Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients at the reception.
  • Manage appointments, registrations, and patient records.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and process approvals.
  • Submit and follow up on insurance claims.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and patients regarding coverage and claims.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.
  • Experience with medical insurance approvals and claims.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
