The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to create a positive first impression while managing front desk operations in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and courier services
• Provide administrative support to various departments as required
• Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service while handling inquiries efficiently

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Bilingual in Swedish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Well-groomed, organized, and professional in appearance
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Must have a valid QID (Qatar ID)
