We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage appointments and schedules
- Handle emails and office correspondence
- Maintain records and office documents
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English,hindi
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred
Location: Qatar
