Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies, policies, and procedures.<ul><li>Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning for multiple business units.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee performance management, training, and employee development programs.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage employee relations and promote a positive workplace culture.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs across the group.</li></ul><ul><li>Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.</li></ul><ul><li>Lead HR audits, manpower budgeting, and organizational restructuring when required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience managing HR functions for multiple business units or group companies.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in [Country].</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR15,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Deadline: 10/09/2025
