Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cook with knowledge of Indian and Chinese cuisine. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, maintaining food quality, and working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare South Indian breakfast and main course dishes.
• Cook Indian and Chinese menu items.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Assist with inventory and stock control.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Indian and Chinese cooking.
• Knowledge of South Indian cuisine.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Must be currently available in Qatar.
