Job Title: Head of Sales – Distribution Division | Qatar

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our Distribution Division in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans to expand market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall sales function for the distribution division
• Drive business growth and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail/distribution
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team leadership
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strategic mindset with strong execution ability
• Valid driving license (mandatory)

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Salary: QAR 30,000 – 35,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR30,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
