Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, developing key client relationships, and expanding our market presence across Qatar. This is a leadership role requiring strong strategic planning, field sales involvement, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct client meetings, site visits, networking, and referrals.
- Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with corporate and commercial clients.
- Oversee proposal preparation, pricing strategies, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven sales experience in Qatar or GCC, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in scenting solutions, pest control, facility management, HVAC cleaning service is highly preferred.
- Valid Qatar driving license – mandatory.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Must be currently based in Qatar.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
