 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Engineer to join our Fit-out team in Kuwait. This role focuses on managing and supervising interior fit-out and finishing works across commercial, F&amp;B, office, retail, and residential projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 The Fit-Out Site Engineer will be responsible for site execution, coordination with subcontractors, quality control, and ensuring project delivery in line with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 &bull;	Supervise and manage interior fit-out works on site, including finishes, joinery, and coordination with MEP trades.
 
 
 &bull;	Ensure fit-out activities comply with approved drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
 
 
 &bull;	Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams.
 
 
 &bull;	Monitor quality control, workmanship standards, and site safety compliance.
 
 
 &bull;	Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
 
 
 &bull;	Identify, report, and resolve technical and site-related issues.
 
 
 &bull;	Support inspections, snagging, and project handover processes.
 
 
 &bull;	Verify materials and finishes delivered to site meet project requirements and approvals.

 Qualifications &amp; Requirements
 
 
 &bull;	2&ndash;4 years of experience as a Site Engineer in fit-out or interior construction projects.
 
 
 &bull;	Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
 
 
 &bull;	Currently based in Kuwait.
 
 
 &bull;	Valid Kuwaiti driving license and a car.
 
 
 &bull;	Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, site coordination, and construction methodologies.
 
 
 &bull;	Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
 
 
 &bull;	Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
 
 
 &bull;	Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
 
 
 &bull;	Ability to work in a site-based, fast-paced environment.

 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 &bull;	Experience in commercial, office, or retail fit-out projects.
 
 
 &bull;	Familiarity with local subcontractors and suppliers in Kuwait.
