Fit-Out Site Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Engineer to join our Fit-out team in Kuwait. This role focuses on managing and supervising interior fit-out and finishing works across commercial, F&B, office, retail, and residential projects.

The Fit-Out Site Engineer will be responsible for site execution, coordination with subcontractors, quality control, and ensuring project delivery in line with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage interior fit-out works on site, including finishes, joinery, and coordination with MEP trades.

• Ensure fit-out activities comply with approved drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams.

• Monitor quality control, workmanship standards, and site safety compliance.

• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.

• Identify, report, and resolve technical and site-related issues.

• Support inspections, snagging, and project handover processes.

• Verify materials and finishes delivered to site meet project requirements and approvals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Site Engineer in fit-out or interior construction projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.

• Currently based in Kuwait.

• Valid Kuwaiti driving license and a car.

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, site coordination, and construction methodologies.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.

• Ability to work in a site-based, fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with local subcontractors and suppliers in Kuwait.

• Experience working on fast-track construction projects.
