Join us as an Office Manager and help patients see their best every day!Master Eye Associates is seeking a motivated Office Manager to lead daily clinic operations and support staff, and deliver an excellent patient experience.<ul><li>Saturdays are required for this role as they are the busiest clinic days</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage patient scheduling, check-in/out, and insurance verification</li><li>Provide cost estimates and maintain accurate records</li><li>Prepare weekly clinic performance reports</li><li>Participate in regional Office Manager meetings</li><li>Lead the team and support staff coordination</li><li>Ensure efficient, patient-centered office flow</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>Office management or front desk experience (healthcare preferred)</li><li>People management (preferred)</li><li>Strong organizational and customer service skills</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry</li><li>Spanish Speaking (preferred not required)</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Full-time, 8-hour shifts</li><li>Must be available Mondays, Fridays &amp; Saturdays (9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM)</li><li>Saturdays are required for this role as they are the busiest clinic days</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay + performance-based bonuses</li><li>Health &amp; dental insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available to work Saturdays (required)?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
