Are you a dynamic, trend-savvy videographer ready to take full ownership of a content strategy?We are a high-energy, fast-paced mortgage lending company based in Katy, TX, and we are looking for an exceptional, full-time Creative Content Producer &amp; Videographer to join our team.This is not a passive shooting and editing role. We are looking for a creative force who can spot the next big trend, pitch groundbreaking ideas, and execute a full content calendar that elevates our brand and serves our staff and external partners across all major media platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Content Strategy &amp; Ideation: Stay on the cutting edge of social media trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, YouTube Long Form)) and develop a continuous pipeline of engaging, educational, and entertaining video concepts tailored to the real estate and mortgage industry.</li><li>Full Production Lifecycle: Take ideas from concept to completion, including directing talent (staff and partners), filming content, and professional post-production editing with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro or similar.</li><li>On-Platform Delivery: Produce high-quality, optimized video content for a number of brands on all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.</li><li>Location Management &amp; Travel: Primarily film in our dedicated, on-site studio in Katy, TX, and various locations around the greater Houston area. Required travel outside of Houston will be necessary at times to capture partner content or special events.</li><li>Organization &amp; Deliverables: Maintain an immaculate system for organizing content ideas, footage, and project files. Ensure all finished content is delivered on time with a clear schedule of deliverables.</li></ul>What You Will Need<ul><li>Proven experience as a videographer/editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate or mortgage-related video content.</li><li>Deep understanding of current social media video formats and optimization requirements for each platform (aspect ratios, captioning, hooks).</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.</li><li>Equipment Requirement: Must provide and be proficient with your own professional video and audio equipment. We will provide supplemental equipment such as lighting and other items (TBD) in the studio.</li><li>Editing Setup: You should bring your preferred editing computer/laptop with software; however, we will provide a dedicated workstation setup with professional screens and a keyboard/mouse in the office for post-production.</li><li>Scheduling Flexibility: A flexible attitude regarding scheduling is a must.
