Full-Time Creative Content Producer & Videographer (Real Estate/Mortgage Focus)

We are a high-energy, fast-paced mortgage lending company based in Katy, TX, and we are looking for an exceptional, full-time Creative Content Producer & Videographer to join our team.

This is not a passive shooting and editing role. We are looking for a creative force who can spot the next big trend, pitch groundbreaking ideas, and execute a full content calendar that elevates our brand and serves our staff and external partners across all major media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Ideation: Stay on the cutting edge of social media trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, YouTube Long Form)) and develop a continuous pipeline of engaging, educational, and entertaining video concepts tailored to the real estate and mortgage industry.
• Full Production Lifecycle: Take ideas from concept to completion, including directing talent (staff and partners), filming content, and professional post-production editing with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro or similar.
• On-Platform Delivery: Produce high-quality, optimized video content for a number of brands on all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Location Management & Travel: Primarily film in our dedicated, on-site studio in Katy, TX, and various locations around the greater Houston area. Required travel outside of Houston will be necessary at times to capture partner content or special events.
• Organization & Deliverables: Maintain an immaculate system for organizing content ideas, footage, and project files. Ensure all finished content is delivered on time with a clear schedule of deliverables.

What You Will Need

• Proven experience as a videographer/editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate or mortgage-related video content.
• Deep understanding of current social media video formats and optimization requirements for each platform (aspect ratios, captioning, hooks).
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Equipment Requirement: Must provide and be proficient with your own professional video and audio equipment. We will provide supplemental equipment such as lighting and other items (TBD) in the studio.
• Editing Setup: You should bring your preferred editing computer/laptop with software; however, we will provide a dedicated workstation setup with professional screens and a keyboard/mouse in the office for post-production.
• Scheduling Flexibility: A flexible attitude regarding scheduling is a must. This is a 5-day-per-week position, but the specific days will fluctuate, and the schedule will often include weekend days based on production and event needs.

Compensation & Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (5 days per week, flexible schedule required, often including weekends)
• Location: In-Office (Katy, TX) with required travel for shooting.
• Salary: $48,000 - $59,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
