Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Quality: Optimize deliverables for various platforms (web, mobile, broadcast) while ensuring proper formatting, codecs, color grading, and audio balance
  • Project Management: Oversee the full production lifecycle—scheduling, asset tracking, reviews, version control, and delivery

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Deep understanding of video codecs, compression workflows, and broadcast standards
  • Strong storytelling instincts—able to distill complex ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; receptive to feedback and direction
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Experience:

  • Agency experience within PR, advertising, or marketing environments
  • Experience with 3D animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D or Maya)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film/Video Production, Animation, or Graphic Design (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience mentoring or guiding peers on emerging tools or creative techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and push creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity

Why Join Us:

Join a forward-thinking Visual Media team that blends creativity with strategy to tell the stories that define BNY’s global brand.
