In this role, you will serve as a brand ambassador, helping clients discover products that enhance their natural beauty. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance trends, with a natural ability to build lasting client relationships.Key Responsibilities1. Customer Experience<ul><li>Greet and engage every client with warmth and professionalism.</li><li>Conduct personalized consultations to understand client needs, skin types, and beauty goals.</li><li>Demonstrate product application techniques (e.g., foundation matching, skincare layering, fragrance testing).</li><li>Handle client concerns or returns with empathy and follow company policies.</li></ul>2. Sales &amp; Performance<ul><li>Meet or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average transaction value (ATV) and units per transaction (UPT).</li><li>Upsell and cross-sell complementary products (e.g., matching lipstick with foundation, primer with setting spray).</li><li>Promote loyalty programs, gift with purchase (GWP), and seasonal promotions.</li><li>Support in-store events, product launches, and pop-ups.</li></ul>3. Product Knowledge &amp; Training<ul><li>Stay up-to-date on brand ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.</li><li>Participate in ongoing training sessions, vendor classes, and certifications.</li><li>Educate customers on clean beauty, vegan/cruelty-free options, and ingredient safety.</li></ul>4. Store Operations<ul><li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.</li><li>Restock shelves, testers, and sanitize sampling tools regularly.</li><li>Process transactions accurately using POS system (cash, card, gift cards).</li><li>Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and returns/discrepancies.</li></ul>QualificationsRequired<ul><li>1+ year of retail or sales experience (beauty/cosmetics preferred).</li><li>Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Strong communication and active listening skills.</li><li>Basic math and cash-handling accuracy.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Esthetician or makeup artistry certification (e.g., CIDESCO, IMATS, licensed cosmetologist).</li><li>Familiarity with retail POS software (e.g., Shopify, Square, Oracle XStore).</li><li>Bilingual ability (e.g., English/Spanish, English/Mandarin) a plus.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness.</li><li>Empathetic and patient with diverse client needs.</li><li>Team-oriented but self-motivated to reach goals.</li><li>Hygienic practices (cleaning testers, brushes, tools).</li></ul>Pay: QAR60,000.00 - QAR80,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
