Job description:We are a dynamic and fast-growing law firm with a specialized focus on trademark filings and intellectual property matters. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Office Manager to join our team and support day-to-day administrative tasks, particularly in documentation and trademark filing work.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide general administrative and clerical support to the legal team.</li><li>Prepare, edit, and format documents, letters, and forms&mdash;primarily in Microsoft Word.</li><li>Create and maintain spreadsheets and records using Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Organize, file, and manage client documentation both physically and digitally.</li><li>Assist with online trademark filing processes and data entry.</li><li>Manage correspondence (emails, letters, courier) and respond to routine inquiries.</li><li>Coordinate with government offices such as IPO Pakistan for follow-ups.</li><li>Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations.</li><li>Handle scanning, photocopying, and other office-related tasks as required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and Excel.</li><li>Basic knowledge or strong interest in legal documentation and trademark procedures.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li><li>Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task efficiently.</li><li>Prior experience in a law firm or legal office (preferred but not mandatory).</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Minimum: Intermediate / Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Law, or related field).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
