Job Description:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing law firm with a specialized focus on trademark filings and intellectual property matters. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Office Assistant to join our team and support day-to-day administrative tasks, particularly in documentation and trademark filing work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the legal team.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, letters, and forms—primarily in Microsoft Word.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and records using Microsoft Excel.
- Organize, file, and manage client documentation both physically and digitally.
- Assist with online trademark filing processes and data entry.
- Manage correspondence (emails, letters, courier) and respond to routine inquiries.
- Coordinate with government offices such as IPO Pakistan for follow-ups.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle scanning, photocopying, and other office-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in legal documentation and trademark procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task efficiently.
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal office (preferred but not mandatory).
Education:
- Minimum: Intermediate / Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Law, or related field).
Pay: Rs18,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
