Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional School Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our school. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, assist students, parents, and staff, and ensure smooth daily administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a courteous manner
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Maintain student records and handle administrative paperwork
• Manage appointments and schedules for school staff
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Support school administration with daily tasks
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and attitude
