Social Media Manager & Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager & Virtual Assistant. This is a full-time role ideal for someone who can seamlessly balance content creation, digital strategy, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
  • Manage daily posting, stories, and audience engagement (comments, DMs)
  • Monitor trends and optimize content for reach and performance
  • Collaborate on campaigns, promotions, and brand growth strategies
  • Track analytics and provide performance insights

Virtual Assistant Duties:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and coordination
  • Handle messages, emails, and appointment scheduling
  • Assist in client communication and follow-ups
  • Maintain organized records and support day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate with team members and ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management and/or virtual assistance
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
