Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to accurately enter, update, and maintain data across company systems and databases. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality while supporting day-to-day operational and administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data in internal systems and databases
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records
• Correct data discrepancies and follow up for missing information
• Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as required
• Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues
• Perform routine data checks and quality control
• Support administrative and operational tasks related to data management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Intermediate or above
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Good typing speed with high accuracy
• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and basic office tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, formulas, or data validation
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi Shahra-E-Faisal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
