We are currently seeking Secretary (Design Industry) a dedicated and professional to join our team on-site.Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and well-organized Secretary with experience in the design industry. This role will begin as a remote (work-from-home) position, with the expectation to attend client meetings in person when required. As the role evolves, it will transition into a full-time onsite position based on business needs.The ideal candidate should be confident in handling both virtual and in-person client interactions, and experienced in using CRM systems.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Attend and coordinate online (virtual) meetings and in-person client meetings</li><li>Participate in client meetings alongside the organization&rsquo;s panel/team members</li><li>Confidently handle one-on-one client interactions and follow-ups</li><li>Visit office or client locations when meetings are scheduled</li><li>Act as a liaison between clients and the internal design team</li><li>Maintain and update client information in CRM software</li><li>Schedule and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings</li><li>Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items</li><li>Manage professional communication via email, phone, and virtual platforms</li><li>Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports</li><li>Maintain organized documentation and records</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills<ul><li>Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (preferably in the design industry)</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)</li><li>Comfortable working remotely and transitioning to onsite work</li><li>Ability to attend in-person client meetings when required</li><li>Confidence in working both within a team/panel setting</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Professional and presentable personality</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Background in design or creative fields</li><li>Experience in client servicing or coordination roles</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools</li></ul>Work Structure<ul><li>Phase 1: Remote (Work from Home) with occasional in-person client meetings</li><li>Phase 2: Transition to full-time onsite role based on company requirements and workload</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Karachi Nazimabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Secretary: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
