Job description:
1. Responsible to handle customer services issues via telephone and taking ownership of each enquiries and complaints with proper follow-up, actions to ensure resolution does reaching customer satisfaction.
2. Identifying marketing and developing relationship with new clients.
3. Maintaining report with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients.
5. Assists customers effectively by solving customer’s queries.
6. Provide first-call resolution and forwarding customers complaints to relevant departments.
Discusses product offers and ensures customer understanding

Timings :2:00 PM TO 10:00 PM
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
