We’re Hiring: Customer Support Specialist (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Record and track customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple queries
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
