- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally via Whatsapp.
- Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Log and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Resolve issues efficiently or escalate complex cases to the relevant department.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to improve customer experience.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
