<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.</li><li>Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, job boards, social media, referrals).</li><li>Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for hard-to-fill and recurring roles.</li><li>Conduct initial phone/video screens and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.</li><li>Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) in the ATS.</li><li>Support employer branding initiatives to attract diverse talent.</li></ul>Skills: Strong interview, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Mindset: Data-driven, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced remote environment.Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
