Recruiter Specialist (US Talent Acquisition)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, job boards, social media, referrals).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for hard-to-fill and recurring roles.
  • Conduct initial phone/video screens and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) in the ATS.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract diverse talent.

Skills: Strong interview, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Mindset: Data-driven, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced remote environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
