- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, job boards, social media, referrals).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for hard-to-fill and recurring roles.
- Conduct initial phone/video screens and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) in the ATS.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract diverse talent.
