Job Title: Customer/Client Support Representative
Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Customer/Client Support Representative who is passionate about sales and building strong client relationships. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base by promoting our HR services to potential organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce the company’s HR services and certification programs.
- Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Generate organic leads through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and online directories)
- Send professional emails and messages to generate new business leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and coordinate follow-ups with leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Work closely with the management and internal teams to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Consistently work towards achieving business development targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
- Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in cold calling and client outreach
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation
