Customer Service Representative

We are looking for proactive Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will interact with clients, address their inquiries, and ensure they have a smooth and positive experience with our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate with customers through calls, messages, or emails to address their questions and concerns.
  • Share clear and accurate details about our projects and services.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
  • Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer matters.
  • Meet assigned performance and service quality targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu, with additional regional languages considered a plus.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems or willingness to learn.
  • Detail oriented with a customer focused approach.
  • Prior experience in customer support or call center roles is preferred; however, candidates with internship experience in sales or other customer centric fields are also encouraged to apply.

Job Location: Federal B Area, Karachi, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
