We are looking for proactive Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will interact with clients, address their inquiries, and ensure they have a smooth and positive experience with our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with customers through calls, messages, or emails to address their questions and concerns.
- Share clear and accurate details about our projects and services.
- Assist customers in resolving issues while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM software.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer matters.
- Meet assigned performance and service quality targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Urdu, with additional regional languages considered a plus.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems or willingness to learn.
- Detail oriented with a customer focused approach.
- Prior experience in customer support or call center roles is preferred; however, candidates with internship experience in sales or other customer centric fields are also encouraged to apply.
