Call Center Agent (Mor+Eve)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls courteously and professionally.
  • Schedule, confirm, and modify patient appointments.
  • Provide information about hospital services and consultants.
  • Record call details and patient information accurately.
  • Handle patient inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate education (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience (healthcare preferred).
  • Good communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Urdu].
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Shift: Morning + Evening
