Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls courteously and professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and modify patient appointments.
- Provide information about hospital services and consultants.
- Record call details and patient information accurately.
- Handle patient inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate education (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience (healthcare preferred).
- Good communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Urdu].
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
