Job Description:
HR Assistant supports the HR department in managing day-to-day human resources operations across the employee life cycle. The role involves assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, handling HR and Admin Tasks, and supporting compliance with organizational policies. The HR Assistant plays an important role in ensuring smooth HR processes and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Basic understanding of HR operations and processes is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- To assist in sourcing candidates, posting job advertisements, and shortlisting resumes
- To ensure confidentiality and secure handling of employee information
- To Support initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and professional work environment
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm interviews with candidates across multiple teams
- Assist in tracking employee attendance, leaves, and preparing data for monthly payroll processing
- Maintain office decorum and manage the company’s Human Resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 year of internship or entry-level experience in HR or an administrative role
