HRCONSOL is hiring a Personal Assistant to Director for a leading logistics company. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional individual who can efficiently support senior leadership in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Arrange travel itineraries, bookings, and logistics for the Director
- Maintain filing systems, records, and office documentation
- Assist in follow-ups, task tracking, and execution of key projects
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field
- Additional certification in Office Management or Secretarial Skills will be a plus
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or corporate sector preferred
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
