 Role Overview
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a Growth Marketer who lives and breathes performance metrics. This role will own performance marketing and lifecycle marketing across WhatsApp &amp; Email, with a sharp focus on revenue growth, retention, and ROAS. You&rsquo;ll work closely with founders, creative, and operations to scale acquisition while improving repeat purchases.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Performance Marketing (Meta):
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan, launch, and scale
 
 Meta ads
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Own campaign structure, audience targeting, creatives testing, and budget allocation
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously optimize for
 
 CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze performance and share weekly insights &amp; learnings
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with design/content for ad creatives
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Lifecycle Marketing (Retention):
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Execute
 
 WhatsApp &amp; Email campaigns
 
 across customer journeys
 </li>
 <li>
 Set up and optimize user flows
 </li>
 <li>
 Segment users based on behavior and purchase history
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve repeat rate, AOV, and LTV
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Analytics &amp; Growth:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track funnel metrics and identify drop-offs
 </li>
 <li>
 Run A/B tests on ads, copies, creatives, and flows
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain dashboards and performance reports
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Must-Have Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 1&ndash;2 years of hands-on experience
 
 in performance marketing (non-negotiable)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience running
 
 Meta ads
 
 with measurable results
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 WhatsApp &amp; Email marketing tools
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of ecommerce funnels &amp; customer journeys
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-driven mindset with comfort around numbers
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Good to have

 Experience in
 
 D2C / Apparel / Kidswear

 Basic understanding of Shopify analytics
